11 November 2010 At the time of consignment sales. What is the percentage of calculation for claiming the 5% vat & 13.5% vat. Means how much we should to claim out of 5% & 13.5%. please reply it as early as possible.

12 November 2010 If you are a consignment agent, you should pay the vat tax as per the given schedule by karnataka (either 5% or 13.5%) and you can claim the same percentage of vat amount from your company / head office directly or adjusting in with settlements. but, you need to produce FORM F to that company / HO.

Once a time I attended a hearing in Vat of Bellary, at that time we have consignment sales that time they told us that If their is consignment sales you should claim bellow 5% & 13.5%, but I not remembering that percentage. please i want to now that percentage.................
