how are the value of share changes whether it is based on any computer programme. or by some authority

First of all to answer this is not easy.
Many factors plays an important role in guiding share price changes.
One of the most important factor behind it was Govt regulations and reforms.
Other is any insider news of the company[As seen in the case of Satyam]
Company's results,its meeting agenda,any right,bonus issue,stock split,etc...
But my friend dont forget one more factor that guide share price changes was share speculation that daily speculators do...
They had the abiity to turn the market...
