Valuation of Pequisites for Car Lease

Please clarify the below query:

if an employees receives the Car Lease (car engine cubic capacity is beyond 1.6 litres) amount of Rs.40k per month including maintenance charges (Rs.30k car lease amount + Rs.10k car maintenance).
Please let me know the value of perquisite,
whether the perqs value is Rs.2400/- per month only or more. Please clarify.
