what will be the effect of proposed dividend while calculating closing capital employed?

Capital employed when calculated from asset side - fictitious assets - current liabilities....(Here proposed dividend will form part of current liabilities.)
If you calculate capital employed from liability side .....viz..... equity share capital + reserves & surplus + secured loan + unsecured loans.
If you calculate capital employed from liability side .....viz..... equity share capital + reserves & surplus + secured loan + unsecured loans.

Well, After the amendment proposed Dividend should not even be shown in Balance sheet anymore.
