10 January 2011 In Working Capital Estimation.. While valuing Closing stock of Finished Goods. We take the ADMINSTRATION EXPENSES as a part of Cost of Production or Not plz. Reply....... I would be Thankful to u....

10 January 2011 Admin exps dont go into manufacturing of the product which is in inventory and hence cannot be included in stock validation, including them will amount to costs which are to be expense being carried forward and will lead to understatement of costs.
