Kindly let me know , valuation method required to be adopted at the time of buy- back of shares, by Private Limited Company.

17 May 2010 There is no specific methodology / formula given by the Act. The MCA has laid down Private Limited Company and Unlisted Public Limited Company (Buy-Back of Securities) Rules, 1999 which lays down other details on the same.
