06 July 2010 Mr. X was already a director in one pvt. ltd. company and he was having DIN. A new company is formed & while filling form 32 he was appointed as director of the company. Now while filling first annual return(Form 20B) of the that new company DIN of Mr. X is showing as invalid when we filled its details in form 20B, the place where we filled details of all directors of the companies in point IV of the form 20B. Note: it is not a case of digital signature. Pls advice.

06 July 2010 For the new company, you have to regsiter digital for that particular company at MCA site.
