plz anyone let me know if in case of pvt. co.'s auditor after audited of annual accounts of co. vacate his designation on the date of agm without prior notice to the co. and co. appoint another auditor on the date of agm whose auditor's pan and membership no. will be apply on filing of annual account.

The information about the auditor who has certified the annual accounts shall be given in mca forms.
