Dear Experts,
First time today i hear about VACANCY ALLOWANCE in House Property Head. I read 2 Books of Taxman and read articles in online about this allowance but still i am full confusion about VACANCY ALLOWANCE. Please tell me benefit of this allowance to owner and explain this allowance with section

Its like no tax is payable on Amount of Rent Receivable if its given on rent , because property is vacant even after full effort to give the same on rent.

Can you please elaborate more and what about vacancy allowance if property vacated fully or partly in a year?
