i am working in a mfg. co. in the Month of May we have use CENVAT credit with rs. 1583.20 extra and in the Month of July we have less adjusted Rs. 2391.50 and also a entry of Rs. 966/- is still pending to be utilize from our CENVAT credit can we adjust the same in current period and where we will show this amount in our ER-I

20 December 2011 check sl no 8 of ER-1 details of cenvat credit taken and utilized,

your balance is shown under sub sl no 17, which is available for utilization and will come as "opening balance" in next return.

Thanks for your valuable reply but my question is that can we utilize our Input for the adjustment of previous months. The figure (Payable) shown above is related to previous month can we adjust this in current month
