02 January 2012 WE HAVE CREDIT OF EDUCATION CESS AND FALLING SHORT OF SECONDARY AND HIGHER EDUCATION CESS. CAN WE UTILISE CREDIT OF EDUCATION CESS FOR PAYMENT OF SECONDARY AND HIGHER EDUCATION CESS?
