03 July 2017 I have only TRN & ARN number till now and i am not able to login with any of these numbers.. plz help

02 August 2025 Hey! Usually, **TRN (Temporary Reference Number)** and **ARN (Acknowledgement Receipt Number)** are not used as usernames for login.

For login, you typically need a **user ID or email/mobile number** that you registered while creating your account on the portal.

If you only have TRN and ARN, here’s what you can do:

1. Check the registration email or SMS you received at the time of account creation — it should have your username or login details.
2. Use the **“Forgot Username”** or **“Forgot Password”** option on the login page to recover your login credentials.
3. If you still can’t login, contact the portal’s support/helpdesk with your TRN and ARN for assistance.
