Urgent tds not claim in the return as not reflected in 26as

24 March 2014 Dear Experts,

One of our client not claim TDS in A.Y.2010-11 as it was not reflected in 26AS.

Same TDS is reflected in A.Y. 2012-13 (in 26AS of A.Y.2010-11) after revised TDS return filed by the party & Assesse claim same TDS in A.Y. 2012-13 but this claim is rejected by the CPC.

So What can i do to claim the tds...?
Can i do 154 for A.y. 2010-11 ???
or there is any other way to claim that TDS

24 March 2014 Assessee should claim tds in the year when it is reflected in 26as. For that year, file income tax revised return if return was filed within due date or file rectification if it was belated return. cpc matches the tds claim with 26AS. remember that thing.

24 March 2014 Now it is not possible to file revised return For A.Y. 2010-11.

So According to you make an application u/s 154 before 31st March 2014. as after 31st March I'm unable to file rectification due to expiry of 4 years to file 154 application.

24 March 2014 If tds amount reflected in 26AS of a.y. 10-11, file rectification for that year.

24 March 2014 yes it is reflected in Ay 2010-11 & date of booking of TDS is April 2012
