In filing NIL TDS return do we need to give any declaration ?? if yes then how to file the declaration.

TDS Return itself is a declaration about the deductions made by the assess. Hence, No need of any declaration in case of nil TDS return return.

No need to file Nil TDS return. You can submit online declaration for Non-filing of TDS return at TRACES Website.
