He want to file income tax return
was Expense liable to TDS are allowed or Not ??

Yes, But if paid Before 30th/Date of filling Than Allowed.
and Also Will Allowed in Next Year If paid in Following year
and Also Will Allowed in Next Year If paid in Following year
