AS THE LAST DATE FOR SUBMISSION OF RETURN IS 04 AUG 2010 AND I WANT TO KNOW THAT I HAVE INCOME FROM BUSINESS AND PROFESSION AND I WANT PERSONAL LOAN FROM BANK AND THEY ASK FOR THE RETURN COPY TO SUBMIT.
MY QUESTION IS THAT I WHAT PERSONAL LOAN WHETHER BANK PROVIDE PERSONAL LOAN TO BUSINESS INCOME PEOPLE AND WHAT ARE THE DOCUMENTS THEY REQUIRED.

yes, you can file return within time limit u/s 139(1) till 4th aug as extended by CBDT.
Yes, Bank may provide loan to businessman personal loan.
They required from you
1. Copy of last 3 years itr with computation and Balance Sheet & Profit & loss a/c if any.
2. Copy of bank Statement of last one year
3. Copy of Pan Card
4. Copy of Exiting loan status if any.
these are the basics doucments which they can demands.
Further other documents will be depends on type of loan and terms & conditon of loan.
