27 September 2012 sir,, its my humble request to kindly solve my problem....i.e
i am qualified my both groups before articleship.i had started my articleship on 17 april2012.and as per rule aarticleship form must be submitted within 30 days to the institute, but when i had confirmed that from the institute then they said for final students form must be submitted till 30 april2012 for the nov attempt2014..kk
but now i had taken transfer on 15 sep .and as per rule ,i can submit both transfer form and articleship form within 30 days of transfer date and articleship date respectively...
so i want to ask that whether i need to submit both form till 30 sep for the nov 2014attempt as i have to do in my first time registration ?

27 September 2012 Form 109 should be submitted just after trf.
Form 103 should be submitted after joining the new firm. Normally this should be submitted only after acceptance of form 109.
