In the procedure of Closure of Liaison office in India, there is a step that Confirmation from parent company that no legal proceedings in any court in India are pending is required.

Please provide me the format of the letter from the side of the parent company of the liaison office indicating that no legal proceedings in any Court in India are pending against the Liaison Office and there is no legal impediment to the remittance. Its very urgent
