Urgent bank reco. query

There is a mismatch between Bank Reco (After considering uncleared cheques) as per tally and bank statement. The mismatch is there since last many years. I don't want any such diff. from current year onwards.How is it possible? Thanks in advance

If you identified the reason of difference then rectify that if possible. Otherwise transfer the difference to the capital account. However it is better to consult your auditor or CA to take advice on it if the amount of difference is big and considerable.
