Urgent_appointment of chief executive officer

10 February 2016 In our Private Limited Company (Incorporated at last month) their are 2 Directors. We have to appoint one of them as CEO. What is procedure.

Also In Form DIR.12 their no option of CEO. then what form should I upload ?

Please guide me urgently.

12 February 2016 Pass a Board Resolution and Than file form DIR-12 refer point no 6 of the form which says ( Number of manager(s), secretary(s), Chief Financial Officer, Chief Exceutive Officer for which the form is being filled) and then under point no. 7 fill the details of the person and under heading DESIGNATION select designation as CEO
