whether provision of additional depriciation is mandatory in balance sheet as per schedule vi of companies act

As per shedule VI there is no provision for additional depreciation, Shedule VI provides prorata basis depreiation at the rate applicable. In IT additional depreciation can be claimed on new installation of Plant & machinery
