Hi,
Can any one tell me, if one definition used in one Particular Act Can not be used in another act is it possible.
For Example:- in sales definition define in Contract act and in income tax Can we say refer sales definition in contact act to solve the case of income tax. is it possible.
please urgently reply.

in case the particular word is not defined in the act then reference can be made to other act. Eg.: if a particular word is not defined in IT Act then reference can be made of other acts.
