17 April 2012 Dear Members,
We create a pvt.ltd co.M2K SALES PRIVATE LIMITED on march 2012,on 8th april we received a CEASE & DESIST NOTICE from three companies m2k entertainment pvt ltd,m2k developers pvt ltd,m2k infrastructure pvt ltd,the aforesaid three company advocate written in letter M2K is protected from trade mark act.you please change the name of co.

please reply us your valuable suggestions

18 April 2012 You should take the opinion of Trade Mark concern advocate. He will give you better advise bcz it is very sensitive matter.

20 April 2012 You have to fight it out. If you are interested in fighting then only otherwise take the expert advocate's opinion. In my opinion you are not using m2k as your trade mark and they have not registered the name which has been obtained by you as their trade mark
