in exam form CA final there are two columns old article reg no and new unique reg no from these which column we have to fill in case registration is revalidate

Old registration used to be in the pre- PE II era where students were allotted registration with MM012345 numbers. But, later the registration numbers were allotted based on the Decentralized Office wise. Hence, you will find if you have registered from Delhi, your registration number would start with NROXXXXXX etc.
Therefore, if you are not from PE II or prior era the Old number is not required to be mentioned and you can leave it blank.
