if any proprietorship concern is merge in a company as on 17.10.08 than what amount of depriciation will be claimed in the company as per income tax purpose whehter it will be divided in the time ratio or not

I think yes, it has to be devided in time ratio as there is diff tax rates fir Individual and company.
