Can I fill Dr.with his first name in the column of first name.

Its an mandatory obligation to fill the name as mention on PAN CARD..

If the Pan contains the Prefix ''Dr.''
You can affix it...

if
yes then what are document should be enclose with amendment application ?
Whether the Ph.d. certificate is sufficient?
