03 August 2013 Dear Sir,
I had filed return u/s 44ad for one of my client for the ay 2011-12 in the month of Nov. 2011 and in Oct. 2012 I have received intimation from cpc that they have transferred the case to local office for processing.

Since than I have not received any intimation etc from local office.

Please advise me, for the above ay I should stay calm
or I should poke the matter by contacting local office.

03 August 2013 in this case u need to meet the jurisdictional officer and sort out the matter as per the intimation received by you from cpc.
