What's the procedure to obtain solvancy certificate from banker?

01 July 2013 Go to the bank(go to the bank where you have bank account), ask for solvency form, fill the form and present for certificate

01 July 2013 bank will issue the certificate.

(but practically it is very hard to get so go to the bank where you have good relation)
