03 April 2012 Hey friends,

i had submitted 109 for completion of articles more than a month ago..
i got a letter from the institute today saying that for completion of services, 108 is valid & not 109.

My finals are due this May, would they be affected?? i had filled the online exam form n done everything.

also, would there be any fine for late submission of 108?

i am in a dilemma now... please please please help.

03 April 2012 Submission of Form 108 is nothing to do with ur final exams. U concentrate on exams and do ur best.
If u make delay in filing form 108, there will be delay in registration as member of ICAI. Apart from that, no fines and penalties will be levied.
