i received admit card without photo from appropriate place with ICAI letter pad which contain-

This has ref. 2 ur applicaion 4 admission to d PCC NOV11 on Verification f ur Application it was found that ur photgraph on d application was not avialable or missing appropriate place.

hence,u r directed to hv ur latest photograph pested along with ur name, specimen signature,group, center name etc on a latter head of member of institute ,duly attested by him/ her & carry d same along with u while appearing in d exam

u r requested that after appearing in d exam u hv to send d original copy of d said attestation letter to d undersign to regularise ur admition to d nov 11 exam

01 November 2011 1-what is LETTER HEAD OF MEMBER OF INSTITUE

- Principal of your collage, on the collage stationary

2-wot it means-REGULARISE UR ADMITION 2 D NOV 11 EXAM

- to put your records updated with exam authority and fix your photograph there, to avoid any future complications.

3-wot consequences,if i not send above document

- your admit card would be suspended, and you would not be qualified to attend next exams/ results.
