UPLOADING RECTIFICATION IN INCOME TAX EFILING WEBSITE

We received intimation from CPC for which rectification request need to be uploaded. We went inside the menu "Rectification upload" in My Account and entered the basic info. required from CPC order. But, we get a message saying that "input details are not matching with the intimation from CPC". This problem is faced with all the intimations we receive.
Can any one give soltuion to this.

Kindly take care while typing the communication reference no.In that the third part has I4 and not 14.I hope you will be able to upload now.
