I am running a proprietorship firm dealing with Vehicle Hire-Purchase/Hypothecation business.Can I borrow unsecured loan from my friends. If so is there any ceiling on that.

yes you can received unsecured loan from friend without any limit but condition is loan should be taken through a/c payee cheque.
