08 January 2008 what will be the consequences if a company do not comply with the requirment of transfer of unpaid bonus to unclaimed Bonus Acount and than transfer to Govt's General Fund Account.

26 January 2008 if unpaid bonus is not paid before filling of returns the it will disallowes and added back in your income in that financial year
