Can anyone please explain the concept of unabsorbed depreciation? wht actually u mean by Unabsorbed depreciation?

When the income calculated as per Income Tax Act(before considering depreciation) is less than the depreciation allowable as per the IT Act, the excess of the later over the former is known as unabsorbed depreciation.

UNABSORBED DEP. CAN BE CARRIED FORWARD FOR INDEFINITE PERIOD, UNLIKE BUSINESS LOSS WHICH CAN BE CARRIED FORWARD FOR 8 YEARS.
