please can someone explain the meaning of unabsorbed depreciation.
How it arises and what treatment to follow.

1st calculate profit before depreciatin,
then depreciation
and if depreciation is more then profit, then that negative figure whats comes after deducting depreciation is UNABSORBED DEPRECIATION and not loss (as per income tax)
in accounts it is loss, but in income tax this negative figure is unabsorbed depreciation, it can not be said as pgbp loss.
