I have understood the concept of unabsorbed depreciation but I wanted to ask that is it possible to have business loss without unabsorbed depreciation?

Practically there can be no such situation where u have no unabsorbed depreciation and there is a business loss. Otherwise in hypothetical situations u can have the things.

Yes. loss before charging depreciation is loss without Depreciation.
