29 March 2023 Payment debited from a/c but not credited to income tax portal for processing pan adhar link. Due date is 31 march 2023, please suggest do i need to pay again ??

29 March 2023 No need to pay again. Wait, the last date to link PAN & Aadhar has been extended to 30.06.2023.

30 March 2023 Well, check your email and SMS for the challan details, which you would receive in about 3/4 working days. Or download it from the e-filing site after login, under payments made.
