19 April 2016 Dear Sirs,
Assessee having income of labour charges and house property (sharing 50% interest and principal amount).

When I am going to upload xml file message shows
"The Software Provider is not allowed to submit this return".
PLEASE GUIDE URGENT.

19 April 2016 if you file ITR 4s then you have to check whether your Net profit is above 8% or if anything else then revert here again.

19 April 2016 My advise is to file ITR 4 for House Property Sharing of 50% is only available in ITR4

I tried with ITR 4S only today with fresh xml file without any change in return, and it filed.
It may be DIT System Error.

20 April 2016 OK Good my advise to file ITR 4 with Net profit above 8%. So next time please remember my advise....!!! it is good for you at the time of any assessment.
