if the property value is lower than the stamp duty valuation ready recknor, what r the power of income tax act on the point of the buyer assessee and the builder as the seller?
plesae give guidence also from the point of stamp duty valuation act?
if before execution of purchasing of assets & executing the conveyance deed ,can buyer demand the valuation from the stamp duty valuation officer?

If the sale value is the less than the stamp duty valuation then income tax deptt will take demeed sale value as the stamp duty valuation
