is it compulsory 15 days before generate udin for tax audit reports pls clarify

UDIN must be generated on the date of signing the report. However you can generate UDIN upto 30 days after signing of the report.

But i can hear the news about udin no of tax audit report must be generate on or before 15/10/2019 otherwise not able to file Income tax audit report. pls clarify is it true.
