all business other than professional whose turnover below rs. 60 lac. covered under section 44AD. then is it MANDATORY to file return of income u/s 44 AD?

Yes without filing your return how the same is treated as income is as per 44AD. Kindly note that the turnover should not exceed 60 L and profit should not be less than 8%
