all business other than professional whose turnover below rs. 60 lac. covered under section 44AD.

Yes without filing your return how the same is treated as income is as per 44AD. Kindly note that the turnover should not exceed 60 L and profit should not be less than 8%

Yes, you have to file ITR4S for financial year 2010-11.
