Sir,
If I am giving cash to SBI bank and take DD for Rs:30000/- and give to my Supplier.
Section 40A(3) disallow my Expenses.
Please reply me As soon as possible.

payment to bank is not disallowed.

it is allowed as you didn't pay in cash. you paid in DD mode.
payment for DD or deposit is bank is not covered in 40A(3)
