You should intimate the bank with request that the same may be looked into and rectified with in a reasonable time otherwise I will not be responsible for the repayment thereof.
After this you are relieved as your intentions are clear and you have honestly reveal the fact to bank. In case nothing is heard then you may use the funds. It seems that the books of the bank are balanced and same must have been audited atleast once since the date of credit and it does not seem that the bank will do any thing more.
