It assessess two pan cards at present one pan card surrender.
Question:
Assessess pan card surrender to local jurisdiction officer only or any other option.

17 July 2023 You may fill and submit PAN Change Request application form by mentioning the PAN which you are using currently on top of the form.
All other PAN/s inadvertently allotted to you should be mentioned at item no. 11 of the form and the corresponding PAN card copy/s should be submitted for cancellation along with the form.

17 July 2023 According to the Income Tax Department, if the PAN is not linked with Aadhaar before June 30, 2023, it will become inoperative — meaning the PAN holders will no longer be able to use their ten-digit alphanumeric number.
