Dear All,
An employee taken an apartment on rent . Landlord executed 2 agreements
One for Apartment = Rs.50000 PM
Second one for Hiring Furnished Items and Amenity Agreement = Rs.45000/-
Whether for HRA , Rent amount will be taken Rs.95000/- inclusive of furnished items rent or not ?

Only Rs.50,000 will be taken as rent paid for HRA exemption.

If two separate agreements are executed, exemption can be taken only for rent of Rs.50000
