Rs.1,10,00,000 manufacturing and sale

Rs. 25,00,000 trading

Is he liable to Excise Regn

Once you reached Turnover Rs.150 lacks in a financial year you have to register in excise department.

Manufacturing Turnover will be counted in the scenario.
