my company i an SSI unit. we undertake both service & repair OF AUTOMOBILE works as well as fabrication of METAL garbage bins which is excisable item. Last year excisable goods turnover is 2crors and i paid ED for 50lakhs after availing SSI examption .but my non-excisable products(Service & repair) will be 2.5crors.totally my turnover is 4.5crorS. wheather my company is eligable for current year SSI EXAMPTION

Yes, you are eligible for SSI exemption. Non-excisable goods will not be considered for the purpose of SSI exemption.
