05 January 2014 Intra day trading is without taking delivery and the same comes under the head speculation and the income is taxable under the head income from other sources. The net income after adjustment of all profit and loss the net income is to be taxed and you have to file the return.

06 January 2014 i am a daily trader in option nifty/future and gets some loss/or profit on it daily trading i have no other business or intrest income so . so to file my return so what type
of return is to file i am intrested to file it on no accont basis than it requires turn
over of my trading which seems to be difficult asnot clear how to caculate turn over in each segment of share trading and what percentge minimum has to show the profit
