My client has asked me to form a NGO. i told him NGO are of three types. he askd my advice which one of above three shall be formed and why

As i have never prepared any of them before.
I need your kind advice.
Whats the Practical Difference between then as basic diff i know.Which shoudl be suggested to formed and why.

15 August 2011 NGO are to be registered with Registrar of Society
Trust under the Trust Act. If it is charitable then with the Commissioner of Charity also
Section 25 companies for non profit making company.
