1. What are proceedure to follow the trust deed amendment.
2. Incase any one of the trustee is Expired, whehter the trust vaild or not? and any amendment need against this Expired.
3. whether all members should sign in the minitus?

1) Not sure of the full process for amendment of trust deed
2) It is not necessary to amend the trust deed when any one of the trustee expiries. You need to appoint a new trustee and intimate the concerned authorities about the same (including Income Tax if you have a valid 80G certificate)
3) No usually only the chairperson and secretary for the meeting can sign the minutes. However you need to maintain a attendance register where all members would sign.
